First graduatuates of Holly Springs High

>Graduation: Students graduating this June will each recieve 7 tickets for admission for their friends and family. Tickets will be distributed to students at the mandatory graduation practice on Wednesday, June 10th at 8:00am at the Raleigh Civic and Convention Center. HSHS's graduation is scheduled for Sunday, June 14 at 1:00pm.

>Summer School: Holly Springs High School will offer summer school only for students who need to recover credits.  Registration forms will be accepted between June 1 and June 15 only! Contact Mr. Byrd with questions. Click here for Registration Form. For more information see Summer School Website.

>2009-10 Bell Schedule: The Board of Education approved a new 2009-10 bell schedule. The new school schedule adds 10 minutes to the school day and provides one hour early dismissal on Wednesdays. Dates, Time and More Information...

>Scholarship$$: Seniors, Student Services would like to know about any scholarships you have received this year.  The deadline to submit Scholarship Surveys to Ms. Traversi has been extended until May 15th. Additional copies are available in Student Services.*** See >>May Scholarship Newsletter

>Drivers Ed: For up to date information about Drivers Ed go to the Student Web site.
Be sure to have the following items with you when going to validate your Eligibility Certificate:
1. A parent to sign Driving Eligibility Certificate
2. Driver Education Certificate
3. Certified Birth Certificate
4. Copy of the previous semester’s report card with FINAL grades.
If you do not have your report card at the time you are obtaining your DEC, you may pick up completed certificate the next day.

GRADUATION PROJECT

Attention Class of 2010,

The NC State Board of Education voted in early April to make the Graduation Project optional for members of the Class of 2010.  Later in April, the WCPSS Board voted to support that decision.
Therefore, you are not required to complete the Graduation Project to receive your diploma>> read more
