Students: Get your records online!
Parents: For access to records via SPAN submit
one of the following forms to the office:
1-Parent Application (signed by Notary Public)
2-Parent Application (Photo ID)

• You must be at least 14 years and 6 months to take Drivers Ed.
• You must complete 30 hrs in the classroom and 6 hrs behind the wheel.
• Classes are scheduled throughout the school year, and in the summer.
• Behind the wheel driving is conducted after school between 3pm and 9pm, and from 6am until 9pm on Saturdays, during the summer and when students are out of school.
• Students are driven by age; oldest called first, after completing the classroom phase of driver education.
• Students are also required by the NCDMV and dropout prevention services to pass at least 3 of 4 classes at HSHS to obtain or maintain a learner’s permit or a driver license.
• Wake County offers this class free of charge one time to WCPSS students.
